In the TSC driver’s Printing Preferences, create or pick a 100 × 150 mm stock.

TSC driver settings
Recommended settings for TSC 4-inch printers
Most TSC desktop models ship with a Windows driver built by Seagull Scientific. Setting names can differ slightly between driver versions.

| Orientation | Portrait | Wide labels are already rotated to fit the roll when Auto-rotate is on |
| Media type | Labels with gaps (die-cut) | Lets the sensor find the gap between stickers so each print starts on a new label |
| Darkness | Start mid-range, raise one step at a time | Too light gives broken bars; too dark makes bars bleed together |

Troubleshooting
Labels skipping or printing across the gap?
That is almost always the gap sensor, not the PDF. Re-calibrate after every new roll: use the calibrate option in TSC’s Diagnostic Tool, or the feed-button calibration described in your model’s manual.
- Blank label between prints → sensor not calibrated for this roll
- Print starts mid-label → wrong stock size or media set to continuous
- Faint or broken barcode → raise darkness a step, lower the speed
- Label looks small → the PDF was printed with “Fit to page”
